While we are going down memory lane,
here is something else to remember and celebrate.

and there weren't any candles
because it was outside on a wonderful afternoon.

Met with the hospital today. The good news is that they think Tante Liesel is improving. She had a second CT scan today as she had a headache, nausea and vomiting. There is no sign of bleeding in the brain. They will keep her for at least another week and complete some assessments with OT/PT to determine her ability to return home successfully. At this point, it is their theory that she has delirium, contributed to by several factors: low sodium, possible misuse of her narcotics and poor nutrition.
